Outsuarance cheats preganant client

My wife is six months pregnant. she was involved in a motor vehicle accident and had to be rushed to hospital to check that the baby was ok. in the meantime outsuarance took her car to be assessed. Outsuarance informed her that the car was not to be written off but was too expensive to be repaired. when she questioned the condition of her car and whether she could get her car they refused to speak to her. they also arranged to meet her but the assessor ran away before she could meet him. despite calling outsuarance on a number of occasions they refuse to call her back. As of now my wife has not received her car back nor has she received any payment. it has been more then one month and this has created immense stress on her. If she loses her child due to stress outsuarance will be held liable. I regret using outsuarance as they are insensitive to a 6 month pregnant women and have basically ****** her car.
