OUTSTANING OUTSURANCE

What an amazing surprise! I contacted OUTsurance this morning to add building insurance to my policy and requested a reassessment of my entire portfolio. Since all my insurance is with them, I wanted to ensure everything was up to date and competitive.

After the reassessment, my monthly premium dropped from R4,200.52 to R3,290.83 — a saving of R909.69! On top of that, I received a pro-rata refund of R514.40 from the higher premium I had already paid on 1 August 2025. I have all of this in black and white for anyone who wishes to see it.

The service was nothing short of exceptional — professional, friendly, and thorough. Every question I had was answered clearly and with patience.
