Once again Outsurance has proved to be a great organisation. Thank you to Rachel Twala for the assistance with my claim for my Kindle. I've been a customer since July 2006 and never once have I been treated poorl by an agent. Thank you so much and my you grow from strength to strength particularly in the difficult financial times for all.
