OUTSTANDING service with OUTsurance

I recently had a claim through OUTsurance. Sam Mokoena assisted me when I called in and I am not sure if it was still him or someone else that called me the following day but I am extremely impressed by how well everything was explained to me and how quick it all was! I submitted the claim the one day and the next day the payout was sorted out. It was also my first claim ever and they made it super easy for me and I honestly feel like I didn't do much but do the initial call.
