Outstanding service when we were stranded on holiday

<p>We were on a camping holiday in a remote costal town when the car broke down. I requested a callback on the Outsurance mobile app and was phoned back in seconds. The friendly operator immediately contacted someone to tow us to the nearest town and phoned back every 15 minutes to check they were on their way. It was such a relief not to have to use up my minimalcell phone and battery life and air time in a situation like that. When he heard we had the kids with us as well he also organised the tow company to come along with a courtesy car. </p> <p>All of this is part of a free service in addition to my accident and emergency cover. I was super impressed - especially as they've also just handled a big panel beating claim for me recently, with the same super efficient and polite service. Thank you Outsurance!</p>
