<p>Dealt with a consultant by the name of Tess Waller who was extraordinary, friendly, going the extra mile in her efforts to assist me with insurance for my vehicle.  Definitely an asset to the companany and an  absolute pleasure to deal with - all my questions were answered promptly, she went the extra mile, returned the promised phone calls (which never happens!), loads of patience and very friendly service.  Thank you Tess! </p>
