OUTSTANDING SERVICE: OUTSURANCE

We ensured our embroidery machines at Outsurance and the first payment went off at the end of January 2019.............welcome in South Africa two weeks later when loadshedding hit us hard and the power supply of one of the machines was destroyed due to our beloved Loadshedding department. We phoned Outsurance and a very polite person, mr Simphiwe assist us. Within two hours time without any misunderstandings and or fuss the claim was approved and money paid into our account. What an absolute pleasure to receive such professional help from mr Simphiwe who showed the necessary understanding and assistance. More people like mr Simphiwe should be appointed............WELL DONE MR SIMPHIWE AND OUTSURANCE!!!!!!
