Outstanding Service! I recently had a MV claim managed by TERRY RITCHIE at Outsurance All I can say is that Terry Ann was excellent. I work on a remote site with limited communications and the vehicle was towed and not in my possession to action all the required points needed. She maintained clear and concise communications and liaised with the various stakeholders ensuring all stakeholders did what was required. Well done and thank you
