My windscreen was hit aby a stone and as a result cracked and needed to be replaced. I went to an Automotive glass fitment center. OUTsurance was contacted and I received an SMS from the OUTsurance consultant within minutes of the call. I also Spoke to the Consultant abs She was extremely helpful and professional in answering my questions. I was kept informed throughout the process until the time my new windscreen was fitted.
