Outstanding service from Outsurance and Patrick Brouard, the assessor

Patrick Brouard, the outsurance assessor, called to make an appointment within 12 hours of us lodging a possible homeowner's insurance claim. He assessed the claim, took photos, wrote the report and sent it off to the outsurance department whilst at our premises. The claim was approved within hours - all on the same day - and then notified us immediately. The service was far beyond our expectations - friendly, efficient and fast.
