Outstanding service from OutSurance.

I recently scratched my 4x4 vehicle's front fender and went on the OutSurance app to claim for repairs. Within 5 min. I received a call from an agent who referred me to the closest Outsurance assessment centre with an appointment time and date. Within 10 min. of arrival at the assessment centre the cost of the repairs was provided, and I was referred to an Outsurance designated panel shop. At the Outsurance designated panel shop, my vehicle was repaired within a week. I also received regular feedback on the progress of the repairs. I have only had outstanding service from logging onto the app until my vehicle was returned to me.
