Outstanding Service from Outsurance

<p>I will like to thank outsurance for the best service they have given on my recent claim. My Ford Ranger was bumped in December and the damage was on the left hand side of the load bin. I submitted a claim and the car was scheduled for assesment the next morning. On the third day i received an sms and a call from the panelbeaters i chose to confirm the date the car will be taken in for repairs. I was not happy with the work the panelbeater did but outsurance intervened and got the panelbeater to fix their mistakes in no time. They were following this issue very closely and giving me regular updates. Three weeks after the car was fixed i received a call from outsurance to tell me the excess money i paid have been recovered and will be in my bank account in two days. Thanks to outsuarence and their dedicated staff.</p>
