OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM OUTSURANCE.

I called on Saterday 26 October for assistance for a provider to assist my mom whose fridge was not working. I was assisted by KAGISO SIHLANGU. He was fantastic, professional and so helpful. A service provider was sent and the fridge was sorted within an hour. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE.

However the first consultant was not great, said no service providers will go out on a Saterday, hence me having to call back. Not the service I am used to at OUTSURANCE.
