Outstanding service from Outsurance

Recently we've had to deal with the sudden passing of my brother-in-law. One of the problems that we encountered was that his premiums for Outsurance were not being paid by the debit order at his bank because his estate is still being finalized by the Master-of-the Court. I informed Outsurance of the problem which was quickly resolved by two easy telephone calls. Letlhogondo Moraba and the other person who assisted me on 16 August 2024 were most professional and efficient and friendly in resolving my problem.
