Outstanding service from Keegan Naicker at Outsurance

I can't speak more highly about the service that I received from Keegan Naicker at Outsurance. I was inquiring about changing my policy and going with Outsurance. We spoke for nearly an hour on the phone and he took the time to explain everything very clearly to me and in a way that I fully understood the fine print. Even when he knew that I was not giving him the business he remained extremely friendly, cracking jokes and wishing me well in the future. What a great person, if only they could all be like that.
