OUTSTANDING SERVICE FROM CHARL NEL

<p>As we all know in South Africa we all hate having to go through call centre agents. Its a most annoying time for anyone. Then your call gets dropped and you have to redo the whole explaination of what you already told the first three people you spoke to. Its enough to drive you dilly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wish to give Charl Nel of Outsurance a huge big thumbs up. He has gone over and beyond his call of duty and managed to resolve a very unpleasant issue. He is truely a treasure and an asset to Outsurance. They should be honered to have him. I can not express enough just how grateful I am for all the help and proffessionalism he displayed no matter how angry I got he remained calm cool and collected.
