Outstanding Service despite no sale

<p>I'd like to compliment Raldo Olifant an Outsurance sales consultant for his outstanding phone etiquette , his professionalism and his warm nature over the phone , while Outsurance had bombarded me with sales calls. </p> <p>He took me through the quote process and entertained me more than I thought a drab quote process could be.</p> <p>although I didn’t take up the policy as the premium was too high , I felt it appropriate to thank Raldo for his exceptional service.</p>
