Outstanding Service - Cindy Colsby from Outsurance

Yesterday 27th July, I submitted a third party claim with Outsurance and was dealing with a lady by the name of Cindy Colsby, from the claims department. She was very professional, diligent, and patient through the process and you could tell that she enjoyed her work as it reflected in the service she provided. The normally daunting experience turned out to be a pleasant one, thanks to her.
