The consultant who assisted me is TIISETSO MLAUDZI with my recent claim, a very professional, patient and helpful lady. She took her time to explain in detail everything I was not clear about . She made follow up on my claim called all the time just to update me . Outsurance consultants are good when it comes to handling clients I remember when I was convinced by one of the consultants ( i wish I remembered her name and surname)to take insurance with them ,she went as far as getting discount for me .
