Outstanding Service

From the moment I called on the 21 April 2015 and Cate answered, she assisted me with registering an accident claim. She showed empathy among other things. I was impressed and nothing compared to the service I received from a previous Insurer I was with. I have no regrets moving to Outsurance. Great service guys, I cannot stop talking about your good service.
