OUTSTANDING SERVICE !!

I had the absolute privilege of dealing with Zama Matyesini this morning. He was extremely professional and friendly. He assisted me in just a few minutes and a resolution to the problem was found without any issues. He went above and beyond to ensure that I remain a client of OUTsurance and really exceeded my expectations ! In an industry that often lacks service, it was so refreshing to deal with such an amazing individual !! He really put a smile on my face ( after me dreading to phone the call centre for assistance ... as often times this is not the type of service one receives from a call centre ). Keep doing what you are doing Zama !! You are a SUPERSTAR :)
