Kenny from the Petsurance department assisted us and was most informative. Explained everything in detail and even when I had difficult or arb questions he didn’t need to revert but responded immediately. I was most impressed by that as well as him still chatting to me even though his shift was finished. If Outsurance has more Kenny’s, the business will definitely prosper 🙏
