Outstanding service

Outstanding service received from Outsurance. Had an unfortunate breakdown on a dark, unsafe stretch of road very late one night. It only took 1 phone call to initiate an extremely professional and efficient extraction. Within 45 min my vehicle was on a flat bed on its way to a destination of my choice. I have to compliment Eugene Goosen for his outstanding and sincere service. He instantly took ownership of the situation and followed through perfectly. He continuously kept me updated throughout the ordeal. He finally checked out in the early hours of the morning once I got home safely. Job well done!
