Outstanding service

<p>I had an accident on new year's day someone hit my car head on while it was parked by the street parking. i called outinsurance instantly and they sent Basson Towing Auto which came to the incident just 30minutes later. I was then helped by Portia Mthembu and John King with my claim 48 hours later as it was a long weekend and i must say they went above and beyond in helping me. My claim was finalised within 48hours i honestly received superb service. John King met up with me to go through the procedures and he was very good making sure that i understand. I would highly recommend Outsurance and i'm definitely getting my next insurance with them as soon as i get a new car.</p>
