OUTstanding service

<p>Riaan van Zyl of the Outsurance Bloemfontein branch had a few challenges with my recent claim. Far distances to remote gravel roads, finding a passenger and dealing with a state hospital. It was refreshing to experience proper communication from Riaan as well as the Outsurance head office. I never had to guess what is happening and never had to phone in order to find out how the process is progressing.</p> <p>Thank you Riaan and the outsurance team.</p>
