OUTstanding Service!

I recently submitted a claim after a burglary and my claim was handled by Hloniphile Magwaza, or shall I say a super star claims handler because she was very attentive to the details of my claim and got the sense she was empathetic to my plight which left me feeling like she genuinely cared about my case. She was understanding of the nuances that app**** to my case and her team was very efficient in investigating and processing my claim within the minimum time I was told it would take. So I'm genuinely satisfied with her service and Outsurance should be proud of her. As a result, I'm keen to move as many of my insurance products to Out as I can, if this is the level of service one can expect.
