Outstanding Service!

<p>In May we were very unfortunate to be involved in an accident involving at least 7 other vehicles. At the scene I contacted Outsurance to find out what info they needed. I was pretty shaken up but the advisor was calm and kind.</p> <p>The following Monday I was contacted by Noxolo Bulongwe, our claims advisor to confirm that our claim had been logged. Nox was amazing, fast and efficient. I never had to call her once to enquire about where things stood, she kept me in the loop via email as our claim progressed.</p> <p>Thank you Noxfor your wonderful service - dealing with you was a breath of fresh air. You made the claims process quick and painless.</p> <p>I also want to give a special shout out to ATANIEL THAVER. He went out of his way to help us out when the part needed to repair our vehicle was delayed. He didn't have to, but he did it anyway. And he did it with a smile.</p> <p>This is the reason we insure with Outsurance and will continue to do so. You really get what you pay for.
