OUTstanding service

<p>Having been rear-ended with significant damage to my vehicle, I cannot rate Outsurance highly enough.</p> <p>From the quick assistance to getting a tow company late on a Saturday afternoon, to the caring and efficient handling of the claim by Ronald Sanjivi, we knew we were in great hands. Ronald was caring and attentive as well as thorough in handling the details of the claim.</p> <p>What took my breath away was the handling of the legal side by Lancelot Mosiea. He clearly noted all details correctly and I was amazed to get a call 9 days after the accident to say he had managed to settle with the other driver and that I would be getting my excess back.Bearing in mind that I was only able to get the registration of the other driver, this was no mean feat. Added to which, this has all happened prior to my car actually being completed by the panelbeaters. Quite a turnaround. </p> <p>Lancelot clearly understood my frustration at having to pay the excess and the inconvenience of having no car for something which wasn't my fault in any way. I truly appreciate thisservice as well as the very human touch of feedback and understanding in handling the situation.</p> <p>Well done OUTSURANCE </p>
