Outstanding service

<p>I recently took out car insurance with outsurance, reffered by a friend of mine.</p> <p>I was a bit sceptical as this was my first time taking out car insurance and to my surprise after speaking to Tshepo Thulo my mind was put at ease. I have to say after postponing and postponing appointments we had he managed to get hold of me but then my battery died ,he still had the patience to communicate with me via email to reschedule instead of giving up. When he did he made sure that i was happy with the product i was acquiring and he has made sure that even after everything was processed, he still responds to my mails to address any concerns i have and escalating it to the relevant department when he couldnt help.</p> <p>Proof of that is the fact that i have received a call from outsurance client services to assist with the enquiry successfully, if that is not client centricity then i dont know what it is.</p> <p> </p> <p>Besides the fact that i could get R400 off from my premium if the client i referred takes out the product, based on best servicei have received i would happily recommend Outsurance to friends, family and strangers :)</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Tshepo for the best service rendered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Jay</p>
