Outstanding Service

I needed roadside assistance earlier today. I called the Roadside assistance department and was helped by Wesley Chettiar. He was so professional and efficient in what he was doing. He got a tow truck despatched to me immediately and kept in touch via phone and sms throughout the whole ordeal. When he could not get me on the phone, he called my mum who is the policy holder to get an alternate contact number to get in touch with me. He even called to ensure that my family and I were safely at home. Wesley really went the extra mile and exceeded my expectations of service delivery.
