Outstanding service

Two months ago I bought my daughter a new Suzuki Swift for her 21st. It was a big thing and she was over the moon. Firstly when I got quotes to insure the car I was horrified at the quotes I was getting. It almost put an end to the whole project. Outsurance came in so much more reasonably, exactly how they advertise. To our horror last Saturday we woke up to discover all four wheels had been ****** off the vehicle whilst it was parked in our driveway. My daughter was heartbroken and I was totally shocked. Being a new policy I was concerned I would have issues when I claimed. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Within two days the assigned service provider arrived at my house and replaced the wheels. I am so impressed and grateful. I am so glad I chose Outsurance and feel very confident now. They turned an terribly unpleasant experience into something we have been able to get through. Thank you
