Outstanding Service

I would like to thank Outsurance but more so Krenashin Govender who assisted in dispatching a flat bed towtruck to tow my fiance's vehicle from point of breakdown to repair point. The service was not only on time as per ETA mentioned but Krenashin Govender also called to confirm which towing contractor is coming through, the time they should arrive, and the name as well as contact number of the driver. Not only was i kept up to date every 8 minutes but a further follow up call after the vehicle was dropped of at the repair point was made to me to check if i was comfortable with the service and that all is in order. <br> <br> The towing service was outstanding and very proffessional, the towing operator handled the vehicle like it was hi own. He secured the vehicle on the truck, and even called my fiance' to let her know that the vehicle will be dropped off 15 minutes before he go to the drop off point. <br> <br> Happy Days and may you continue to provide excellent service - we will assure monthly business and recommendation!! <br> <br> Thank you Krenashin !!!
