Outstanding Service

I just wanted to applaud Outsurance and their consultant Chantelle. On the long weekend my vehicle had a tyre blow out and in complete shock, my spare wheel received with my vehicle did not fit onto the car. Standing in the middle of nowhere with my wife and two toddlers I gave Outsurance a call for help. The consultant Chantelle was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Within minutes of phone call, I received an SMS confirming that a tow truck had been organised. Due to being in the middle of nowhere, it did take the tow truck a while to reach us. But instead of leaving us stranded in the middle of nowhere, Chantelle phoned numerous times to provide feedback on the tow truck and check that everything was ok. Even after the tow truck had come and loaded the vehicle, she phoned to confirm that all was ok. In the end, I was towed to Fast Fit Dunlop Zone in De Aar who specially opened up for me. Very soon after, my tyre was replaced and I was on my way.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Outsurance and sleep well knowing that should the unfortunate happen, that they are just a phone call away and ready to help!
