Outstanding service

I lodged a claim on the 29-01-2018 for my gate motors and tv which was struck by lighting. Claim no ********** 81 ,Kathy Govender was the claims consultant who assisted me. Its my first claim with outsurance and wow was i impressed with the service rendered by Kathy Govender.She was prompt and handled my claim to the best of her ability. 2 days later my motors were replaced and tv. The service providers Wrought Irons who assessed and replaced the gate motors were super efficient and workmanship of high standards as well as P&G who replaced the tv. A big thanks once again to Kathy Govender for the outstanding service and her excellent customer care s****s.
