I had to insure a new car. Very friendly Lady Cha.... made it so easy for me! I was so relieved when she could help me in Afrikaans . She quickly and efficiently got the docs done and listened well and answered all my questions patiently. She gave me clear explanations of all I wanted to know. She is a true asset to Outsurance!

AND in the end, the premium was quite a bit lower than another company' quote!! Well done Outsurance!!

Even if the premium was a bit higher, I would not even have minded, because it was a priviledge to be served so well. Thank you Lady Cha.....! You made my day!
