Outstanding service

My car broke down 90km outside of Johannesburg, it was 4:20pm and I had my 6 & 7 year old girls in the car with me. I called Outsurance to see if there was an option for help. I got through to Andre Madurai, within mins 12mins (as per my phone record) he had called me back and organised a tow truck. Within 15mins help was on the way. Thank you for the speedy response.
