Outstanding Service

I had an accident on 7 Aug 2015. The towing company used was excellent and Kobus even dropped me off at an appointment I had. He also phoned Outsurance and gave me his phone to speak to,within 10 min of accident the claim has been registered over the phone and within 3 days all the paperwork has been done. They gave feedback continuously and were always helpful and friendly and concerned about my well being. Made me feel very secure that everything is being dealt with. No question was to much to answer. My claim was paid out within 7 working days. I will definitely stay with Outsurance, the ads you see on tv about them is really true, they go the extra mile.
