outstanding service!

Today i called Outsurance to inquire regarding house insurance. i was so blessed to speak to Miss C Ground who assisted me in very kind and professional way. She was so warm and so knowledgeable. I have called so many service providers in my life, but the experience i had today was out of this world. i pray they can promote her to be a team leader or something, because surely she has a lot to offer to the organisation.
