Outstanding Sam - Outsurance Well Done

I recently- had a disastrous experience with my claim from Outsurance. I was very disappointed after I wrote a nasty review on this platform. Well Outsurance has outdone themselves since. I not only received my contribution for claim covered but dealt with an amazing young man called Sam Letsoala as well as the manager who called me to let me know that my claim will be sorted out. Sam was outstanding, he was most professional and went out of his way to ensure that I had proper communication every step of the way. Sam there are very few gems within organisations and you are definitely one of them. Sam's customer relation skills are impeccable and he has great communication skills. if there is an employee of the month reward programme within Outsurance I will definitely nominate him. Or if there was room for promotion.

Please kindly note that this is been sent not because of my compensation but dealing with Sam made it all worthwhile, Sam I wish you well with your career with Outsurance and hope you keep growing. The sky is the limit for employees like you. Well done and keep it up.
