Outstanding recovery and excellent service from Mpho Tlhapi

I received excellent customer service from Mpho Tlhapi. He truly knows how to WOW customers and clearly enjoys his work. He is patient, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. He initially contacted me after I requested a car insurance quote. While I appreciated his effort, a follow-up conversation with his manager felt too persuasive and pressured, even after I explained that I needed time to compare options. As a result, I decided not to proceed at that stage.

This morning, Mpho called me again and the experience was completely different. He was calm, respectful, and offered me a better discount. His professional and understanding approach changed my mind and I accepted the offer immediately.

Mpho managed to turn me from a detractor into a passive customer and ultimately won the sale. I’m very glad he followed up before I accepted another insurer’s offer. His empathy, professionalism, and excellent service made all the difference.
