Outstanding Person

I was called by Outsourance and offered an addition to my current policy, which I declined. I requested to be transferred to someone who could change the date of my debit order as I recently became unemployed and will not have funds till the 1st of the month. My current premium went up by R200.00 which nearly gave me a heart attack. I was then transferred to a gentleman by the name of Morgan Reddy he not only reduced my premium to less than the original amount but while speaking to him his amazing attitude, outlook on life, friendly personality uplifted my hopes and took a really bad day and situation and made me feel good about things, even the not so bad. This young man was an absolute pleasure to deal with and convinced me with out having to, to remain a member of Outsourance. He is an asset to your company and hope he gets recognised for outstanding service.
