Outstanding Performance

I submitted a ****** phone claim online with OUTsurance. Within 1hour I received a call from a very friendly agent to sort out my claim. The same day the claim was verified and approved. Next day I received from call from the service provider to sort out logistics issues, and within the same day I received the delivery ETA and that ETA was the next 2 days. This what what I describe as an Outstanding service
