Outstanding Outsurance

<p>I have been working in call centres since 1993 and it was an absolute pleasure chatting with Tiffany Oates earlier today. She had all the answers to the questions that I asked, told me everything I needed to know, and did this all with the most awesome verbal usage I have had the pleasure to hear since teenagers decided to write out a new dictionary.</p> <p>Out of this world!</p>
