OUTstanding Outsurance!!!

My wife and i woke up this morning to our geyser not working. I phoned Outsurance just after 7am and was welcomed by a friendly gentleman, Krenashin Govender. This man is the epitomy of customer service. By 8am there was a plumber at home doing his diagnostics of which he found was an electrical issue. At this point, Krenashin arranged an electrician to sort the issue out. He also made a point to give me feedback as to whats happening. Im impressed Outsurance, within 6 hours my problem was sorted.
