Outstanding job and very worth the phone call !

My experience was today on phoning to query my latest increase in premium. My call was answered and I explained what was my issue - that my premium was increased with out my knowledge. This gentleman then asked a few questions and said he would put a smile on my face. After a number of questions, he then starting saying what he would change on my policy. after a few minutes of discussion, he made some really good changes to what I have covered and what I must pay per month. An awesome phone call (which he also phoned me back), which helped me tremendously.
