Outstanding efficiency

The service and efficiency is really amazing from Outsurance. A couple of days ago, we've had a breakdown with our Ford Ranger on a road trip with our off road caravan behind it. We've stranded 40 km off from Graaff Reinet heading to Beaufort West. This was around 14.00 and very hot (38°C). My husband called Outsurance for assistance (tow truck) and expressed hope that it won't be long waiting because of the heat. Minutes later we 've got the tow truck driver on the phone and half an hour later the driver arrived. We were just before closing time at the Ford dealer to drop off the bakkie. Outstanding efficiency, we would like to call it !
