I just recently moved my car insurance to OUTsurance and already had to claim for a cracked window. I was so worried as I had never dealt with them before. The process of logging the claim on the app was so simple and very efficient. The called me back almost immediately and a provider was appointed and arranged to come out to fix my window within a day. The claims consultant RATISH KANDHAI was so helpful and efficient and when I called back about a query I had the next day he even remembered our discussion from the previous day. I'm so grateful I didn't have to deal with a million different people . The service was efficient and personalized.
