I have been with OUTsurance since 2014. I recently had a claim processed after I had an accident with one of the Takealot/ Mr D scooter guys. The communication is seamless and I was update every other day about the progress of my claim. I even had a call from the legal department let me know they have reached out to takeAlot to attempt to claim the excess amount
