Outstanding claim process

Outstanding claim process. I had a leaking geyser, I have submitted a claim oblong and within a minute I received a call from one of their consultant who took time to understand my claim and promised me that a plumber will be send to the house. The plumber arrived within 30 minutes and unfortunately it was raining. The claim was approved and the geyser was replaced the first thing in the morning. The entire process took less than 24hrs.
