My car broken down in the middle of the Tankwa Karoo Desert. No cellphone signal there. I also got ****** my last car?s key so I was very down! I called Outsurance and explained my problem expecting that many questions and excuses were coming in as response... Just the opposite!! Adele Du Toit listened to me carefully and immediately organised everything for me in a record time! She sent the towing truck to collect it, arranged for an extra car cut copy, sent the vehicle to repair and provided me with a courtesy car in the meanwhile. I was so happily impressed!
